1) Measuring Method of Thickness Limit Tolerance
Measure the midpoint of four edges with a vernier caliper reading of 0.1MM. The difference between the maximum thickness and the minimum thickness on the same plate is used to represent the extreme thickness difference. The contract stipulates that the thickness of the sheet is 20MM and the allowable range is positive or negative 1MM.
2) Measuring Method of Limit Tolerance of Flatness Plate
Measure with a steel ruler with reading of 0.1MM and length of 1000MM. Place the steel ruler on the two diagonals of the plate. Measure the gap between the ruler surface and the plate surface with a plug ruler. The contract stipulates that the planar limit tolerance of sheet metal is 0.80MM.
3) Measurement of Length and Width
Measure with a steel ruler reading 1MM. Length and width are measured in three straight lines, with the average value as the standard. Record the length and width of the sheet for final calculation.
2. Floor panel
1) Measuring Method of Thickness Limit Tolerance

Measure with 0.1MM steel ruler. Place the steel ruler on two diagonals of the plate. Measure the gap between the ruler and the plate with a plug ruler. The contract stipulates that the floor level limit tolerance is positive or negative 0.20MM.
3) Measurement of Length and Width
Measure with a steel ruler reading 1MM. Length and width are measured in three straight lines, with the average value as the standard. The limit tolerance of floor length and width stipulated in the contract is - 1MM and 305x305MM.
4) Angle allowable limit tolerance
The 90 degree steel ruler and plug ruler with inner angle perpendicularity tolerance of 0.13MM and inner corner edge length of 450x400MM are used for measuring. Close the two sides of the angle ruler to the two sides of the board, and measure the gap between the board and the edge of the angle ruler with a plug ruler. Four angles of the plate are measured by this method. The angle allowed by the contract is 0.40MM.
